Professional training to develop intuitive acuity and build intuitive teams

This course is designed for organizations and professionals who want to explore the intuitive side of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) — in a structured, ethical, and experiential way.

Recognizing the Power of Intuitive Decisions

Dare Heuristic Management Approaches

Despite the prevalent use of intuition in executive decisions, there has been a hesitance to acknowledge its role openly. Research shows that while about 50 percent of important decisions are made intuitively, executives are reluctant to admit this, fearing it may undermine their professional image which often prioritizes analytical and data-driven methodologies. Intuition—also referred to in business psychology as managerial heuristics—is the art of making fast, relevant decisions by recognizing patterns, signals, and meaningful cues, without relying on explicit analytical reasoning.

Learning and Cultivating Intuition

Intuition isn't solely the reserve of the experienced. Like any skill, it can be developed and honed through practice and training. It does not aim to replace logic or analysis. This course trains participants to work consciously with both modes of thinking: System 1 — intuition, perception, heuristics. System 2 — logic, reasoning, analysis. And above all, to know when they are using each one

A progressive learning experience

The course is built as a progression, moving step by step from individual perception to collective work. Participants start by: training intuitive perception on simple, verifiable cases, learning to stay longer in System 1, noticing when System 2 intervenes (and why). As confidence grows, exercises gradually become: longer, more collective, closer to simulated CPS situations This progression builds trust, confidence, and clarity, rather than performance pressure.

Learning individually and collectively

Training always starts at the individual level: sensing, describing, trusting perception without interpretation. Participants then work in: pairs, small groups, full team simulations. This allows them to experience how collective intuition can emerge when individual perceptions are shared carefully. One of the key outcomes of the course is the ability to work as an intuitive team: listening before deciding, combining perception and reasoning, maintaining structure while allowing emergence.

What participants gain

It provides : confidence in one’s own perception, awareness of heuristic thinking, the ability to stay longer in System 1 (intuition), clearer transitions between intuition and logic, a shared language for intuition in teams.
