Intuition is already at work in your organization

Often implicitly. Rarely trained

In every judgment call, creative decision, or risk assessment, intuition is already present — whether acknowledged or not. ReflectLab builds on this reality. Rather than leaving intuition to chance, we make it observable, structured, and trainable — transforming a vague cognitive impression into a repeatable professional skill.

Intuitive Acuity Training™

A structured 3-day corporate training program

Built around the proprietary STEP method (Sense – Transfer – Explore – Perceive), this program gives teams a shared language and practical framework for developing operational intuition. Grounded in cognitive science, continuous improvement methodology, and experiential learning, it is designed for organizations that want their people to be sharper, faster, and more confident under uncertainty.

Ten hands-on workshops. One structured method

Game-based, rigorous, and immediately applicable

Each session is experiential by design — participants practice intuitive perception through calibrated exercises, receive immediate structured feedback, and work both individually and as a group. The approach is ludopedagogical: intensive without being exhausting, playful without losing rigor. By Day 3, teams don't just understand intuition — they have practiced it together and know how to keep developing it.

From participant to Intuitive Consultant

A skill set that travels beyond the training room

Participants leave with a clear understanding of how intuition works — its mechanisms, strengths, and limits. They gain practical tools to apply intuitive perception to creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making. Teams also develop a shared vocabulary and collective practice they can continue to build after the program ends. A two-week follow-up check-in supports integration back into daily work.

Built on solid foundations

Cognitive science. Quality Management frameworks

The Intuitive Acuity Training™ methodology draws on dual-process theory (Kahneman), ecological rationality (Gigerenzer), and structured problem-solving frameworks used in quality management and operational excellence. The STEP method is documented in De la Méthode Intuitive (Bastien Jalut, 2025). This is not a wellness program — it is applied cognitive training for professional environments

Social proof: testimonials

“Intuitive Teams has greatly helped me in my decision-making. I was in a situation where both emotions and rationality were overwhelming. The intuitive advice given confirmed my thoughts and similarly allowed me to focus on what's essential. I will use Intuitive Teams to assist me in my business decisions and professional projects in the future.”

Phillip. Startup CEO

“I was in a difficult situation regarding professional choices: business cessation and bankruptcy filing. Intuitive Teams gave me the elements to make the right choice today. I focused solely on what needed to be done. I avoided being scattered. I was skeptical at first. I am not at all now.”

Emilie. HR

“I wanted to change activities and had mapped several possibilities. The decisions were not easy to make. Intuitive Teams helped me make a wise decision and reopened a long-forgotten possibility that has been dear to me. Let's see what will happen, but in the meantime, I am more relieved and work without being scattered.”

Benedicte. Coach

“Intuitive Teams has been mind-blowing. They managed to reassure me regarding a difficult choice in my startup. It was about whether to trust investors or not. To leave the project or continue. I still have to make a choice, but the recommendation is incredible.”

Henrik. Startup CEO

“The feedback from the intuitive work confirmed my current feelings (doubt and fear) and my desire for a complete career change. I take away two essential things for the success of my project: to do it with heart and to start from the end goal and then set the necessary path = Remember the future. This discussion was enlightening for me and gives me the strength to believe in it.”

Aurélie - Director of Operations and Logistics

“"The insight provided by the intuitive exercise helped me guide my client as she faced a major decision in her professional career.”

Laurence - CEO of a consulting and coaching firm

““I didn’t expect results this striking. Visions can sometimes be vague or imprecise, and yet it is remarkable to see how possible it becomes to perceive a shape, a color, an element… I particularly appreciated the very down-to-earth and structured approach, which makes intuition surprisingly pragmatic and operational. If I had to summarize this training in a single word or image: without hesitation, a spark. I would recommend this training without reservation, for all the reasons mentioned above. A big thank you to you, Bastien. This training deserves to travel the world.””

““For me, this training represents the natural professional extension of a personal exploration of intuition and its capabilities. It confirmed not only that we are all capable of intuition, but also that—much like a sport—it is a faculty that develops and strengthens through practice. The great strength of this training lies in its deliberately playful approach. Built around games, it makes you want to keep going, and fatigue is felt far less thanks to the energizing power of the group. Personally, what stood out most to me was the invitation to ‘feel rather than search.’ It is a true return to the body and to sensations, allowing for a finer and more accurate approach to the target. As a team leader, I was first struck by the collective’s ability to intuit the proposed locations and objects. Time and again, the group’s response proved to be remarkably accurate. This experience further strengthened my conviction that intuition is a powerful tool for imagining futures—provided it is grounded in Cartesian, structured, and well-designed methods. The training progresses step by step, with great rigor. It is highly structured and avoids the common pitfalls often associated with intuition. Far from any ‘fuzzy’ approach, it is a logical, illuminating, and accessible practice for everyone. Finally, it is also a remarkable tool for team cohesion. It strengthens the sense of belonging: we became the ‘intuition team’ and even established rituals to continue training together, beyond our professional applications.””
